Eido da Portela is a granite house rebuilt for today: stone walls, wooden floors, a fireplace and tall glass doors that open onto the lawn. Outside, the saltwater pool, the fruit trees, the herb beds and the vineyard.
Three suites with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and two porches for long afternoons. It sits in Jolda, in the municipality of Arcos de Valdevez, a kilometre from the river Lima and a quarter of an hour from Ponte de Lima and Ponte da Barca.

Good to know.
Can I book just one suite, or do I have to book the whole house?
Both are possible. Each suite is booked on its own, with a private bathroom and access to the patio and the garden. For a family or a group, the whole house, with the living room, the kitchen and the three suites, sleeps up to eight.
When can I arrive and leave?
Check-in is from 5 pm to 9 pm and check-out by 11 am. Let us know your arrival time so we can welcome you.
Is the pool open all year?
The pool is outdoors, with saltwater, and is open from May to October. Outside those months, check with us.
Is breakfast included?
We do not serve breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped and yours to use; there are cafés and grocery shops in Jolda and in Arcos de Valdevez.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, if you let us know in your booking request. There may be an extra charge.
